♡ Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your order has been processed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. If an error occurs on our end, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

♡ Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Please note: Your order will not ship until the Order Authorization Form is completed. This step is required for all customers.

♡ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. This time frame does not include shipping time.

♡ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hour of purchase. After that window has passed, we are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to your order.

♡ Order Authorization Form

To protect both our customers and our business from fraud, we require ID verification. The name on your ID must match the name on the order. Orders that are not verified will not be processed or shipped.
